Southern California-raised author, Sydney Alexis is a longtime lover of all things fantasy and storytelling. As a result of her passion for writing, she co-founded The Writer Community, an online space for aspiring writers to connect, learn, and grow from one another.

Alexis is also a musician of over ten years, studying french horn performance at a music conservatory, pursuing a dual career in writing and classical performance.

She's a lover of storytelling in all its forms, finding lessons in writing from books, to anime, and has a particular interest in high fantasy and grey morality. Having struggled with internalization and PTSD in the past, she also values and writes narratives that delve into mental health.
